- "Pruno Nero" Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC wine
- Deep colour, fragrances of blackberries and red currant, rich but with a balanced acidity, which makes it an intense but easy wine. Gracious.
- Alcohol content: 10,5% vol.
- Grape variety: Grasparossa
- Vinification: Soft pressing with maceration at 10°-12° C. Natural fermentation on a settled must with added yeasts. Long second fermentation (‘Pris de Mousse’) in ‘cuve close’.
- Accompaniments: Roasts, game and traditional cuisine from the Po Valley.
